At The Quality Books, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The book is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original packaging with invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged books (not caused by delivery).
- Digital products or eBooks (if applicable).
- Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged).
3. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear pictures of the product and packaging.
- Our team will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product was sent by us.
